Chris' Chicken

Recipe

  1. Turn stove burner to medium and plast cast iron pan on it
  2. Preheat overn to 425 degrees
  3. Grab a baking sheet and cover it with tinfoil
  4. Trim fat off chicken
  5. Turn stove with cast iron pan on to high
  6. Do step 8 IMMEDIATELY AFTER THIS STEP - Spray cast iron with olive oil spray
  7. Put chicken breasts on cast iron pan for 2 minutes and then flip and do another 2 minutes on the other side
  8. Put chicken breasts on baking sheet and place in oven for 25 minutes
